This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to become a member. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Delivery Period

Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days.
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

Payment Methods

We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

Online Orders & Card Security

All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

Refunds

Day cancellation period (non-faulty returns):
You are covered by Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 when you purchase items from us - this entitles you to return the items to us for a refund. To take advantage of this, you must notify us within 7 days of the day after you receive the goods. This must be in writing (either email or fax is acceptable). Cancellation requests by telephone are not valid and not accepted.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are allowed to open the item to inspect the goods, but not use them. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the packaging as you may lose your rights to return the item.

If an item returned under the Distance Selling Regulations has been used, or the packaging is unnecessarily damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and request that you collect the item from us. We can arrange to return it to you subject to you paying the return carriage fee as stated above.

In exceptional circumstances (for example, big button remote controls) we may accept a used non-faulty return for refund, minus between 10% to 20 % restocking fee (note, that this must be within the 7 day period). These returns need to be approved by us and a returns number obtained before sending them back.

When sending items back, ensure they are well packed and obtain adequate proof/insurance against lost or damaged items. Items must be returned unused and complete with original order number or sales receipt. You must bear the cost of postage and packaging when sending an item back to us. We do advise that any products that are returned are subject to a restocking charge. This can range from 20 - 50 % dependent on the supplier.

All goods must be checked upon delivery, any damaged goods must be sent back with the carrier driver, as any damages reported after delivery will not be acknowledged. However, any returned goods that are not faulty or damaged will be subject to a 10%/20/50% restocking charge.

All refunds will be net of any shipping costs.
